Shipping policy

Inspire Gifts is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock or clearly state that they are currently out of stock and that pricing is true and correct.

Inspire Gifts delivers products Australia wide using Australia Post or for larger/heavier items a courier offering the most cost effective means of shipping at our discretion.

Standard shipping for orders will be charged at a flat rate of $15.95. An additional cost will be charged for express or other special delivery requirements.

Some bulky or fragile items are for Click & Collect only and will be noted accordingly.

All shipping will be in accordance with standard Parcel Post mail via Australia Post or for larger/heavier items a courier/transport company providing the most economical means of delivery, chosen at our discretion.  Regardless of the means of shipping, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon the shipping of your order. 

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and delivery is estimated between 2-7 business days, depending on the method of shipping and your location within Australia.

Inspire Gifts ships goods Australia wide.

International orders through our website do not qualify for the shipping rates above and all shipping on international orders will be calculated and charged to the purchaser dependent upon country and shipping method.  All international orders will be required to include insurance.

Click & Collect

We offer a “click & collect” service from newsXpress Riverside, Shop 16B, Riverside Plaza, Kialla, Victoria during their normal business hours. 

We suggest that prior to attending to collect your order from newsxpress Riverside that you check their business hours which are subject to change at their discretion and without notice to Inspire Gifts.com.au
